God Bless All the Children They Are Angels. Hurricane Katrina Childrenby Kevin Caruso There are some very special angels among us. They are the children who survived Hurricane Katrina. These precious angels have felt great pain. We should keep these wonderful children in the forefront of our minds. Hurricane Katrina is extremely difficult for adults to cope with, and for children.the pain must seem unbearable. We need to shoulder as much of that pain as possible. In addition to praying for all of the Hurricane Katrina survivors, please say a special prayer for the children every time you pray. Please join me now. Let us pray. Lord Jesus Christ, we pray for all of the children who survived Hurricane Katrina. These angels have endured great pain, and we ask you, Lord Jesus, to help them heal. Take their pain from them. Give them hope. Give them peace. Lord, these children are angels. We honor them. We love them. And as a nation, we need to care for them through this tough time, and we need to care for them in the future. Lord, give them all that they need. Comfort them. And let them feel your presence. Lord, stay with these children wherever they may go, and shower them with your love. They are coping with a very difficult disaster. Many of these angels have lost their homes. And many of these angels have lost loved ones. Lord Jesus, help them now. Answer their prayers. And give their families and relatives all that they need to care for them. Amen.
